Julie West

Julie West is a firefighter, advocate, and community leader based in West Fargo, North Dakota. A graduate of Central Cass High School, Julie attended North Dakota State University, where she pursued her academic endeavors before embarking on her journey of service.

With a passion for advocacy, Julie has spent years fighting against domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, and championing reproductive rights. As a board member of Love Your Buns, a non-profit organization, she worked tirelessly to raise awareness and support for those facing rectal cancer.

Julie’s commitment to community extends beyond advocacy. She’s a former CrossFit Trainer, leading a youth empowerment program, and was a core team member of the Dakota Games, a local CrossFit competition drawing international athletes.

Since 2022, Julie has served as a career firefighter with the West Fargo Fire Department and volunteers with West Fargo Rural Fire. In addition to her professional duties, Julie is a dedicated wife and mother to her three boys.

As a Representative in North Dakota, Julie West will focus her efforts on combating domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking while also defending reproductive rights and advocating for the protection of children. With her unwavering dedication and commitment to service, Julie continues to make a positive impact in her community every day.
